About Roscoe
Roscoe is a village in Winnebago County, Illinois, along the Rock River. It is in a suburban area of the Rockford, Illinois Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2010 census, the village population was 10,785, up from 6,244 at the 2000 census. The area has been undergoing a period of rapid growth. There have been numerous border disputes with its neighbor to the west, Rockton, Illinois, and development and annexations continue by both villages.

Cross Country just installed a roof for us and being 67 years old we’ve had multiple roofs done, cross country did by far the best work when it comes to being on time and staying connected with their clients. The team did an amazing job with the roof and got it done extremely fast. Definitely recommend these guys.
Working with Cross Country Construction is like a dream come true. Brett attended to every need I had and answered all my questions, even the silly ones. they worked with my insurance carrier to make sure ALL of the damages were accounted for so I could get to whole after a nasty hail storm. they even talked with me about some energy saving options that they discovered during their FREE inspection of my property (windows and solar panels). I highly recommend them for all your storm related or home improvement needs. wish I could give them 6 stars!!
Brett and Cross Country Construction helped us get our insurance company to pay for our roof replacement after a severe hail storm. We had filed a claim on our own but was rejected by our insurance company. Brett offered to help and got the insurance company to cover the full cost of replacing the roof. We are very pleased with our new roof.
